You probably have not heard of Barter, but if you are active on chain then you have almost certainly used it. They are the largest solver network behind cowswap and others. What if the funds in *EVERY* wallet could be used to solve orders and earn fees non-custodially?

Devconnect insights: On the liquidity side there are new meta which many projects work with: cowswap/barter/fluid/1inch aqua. take resting limit orders/wallet liquidity of stablecoins/assets and use it as liquidity, either cross-chain or range bound.
